About Us

The National Company Law Tribunal Bar Association (NCLTBA), formerly Company Law Board Bar Association (CLBBA), is a registered body under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 for advocates, company secretaries, chartered accountants, and cost accountants.

The Bar Association was established on 17.07.2000 vide Registration No. 37450/ 2000 as Company Law Board Bar Association (CLBBA) and subsequently changed to National Company Law Tribunal Bar Association (NCLTBA) with the advent of the new Companies Act, 2013.

The NCLTBA has been in service for professionals such as Advocates, Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants, and Cost and Work Accountants since the year 2000 and is thus the oldest bar association for CLB/ NCLT.

Aim & Objectives

The NCLTBA is incorporated as a non-profit, non-political, non-governmental association endeavouring to act as a premier body representing the interest of professionals and to provide and uphold the highest standard of professionalism among its professional brethren and promote and protect the privileges of NCLTBA and its members.

NCLTBA achieves its goals by providing opportunities for legal and corporate education, seminars, camaraderie and networking, pro-bono work, and the opportunity to make a positive contribution to the Indian legal and justice systems.

NCLTBA also provides facilities like a Cafeteria in the NCLT, Identity Cards, Car stickers, etc.
